Are you passionate about Construction and eager to build a successful career in site management? Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Ltd is seeking a proactive and practical Assistant Site Manager to join our busy and dynamic Construction Company.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background who is keen to continue their professional development. As an Assistant Site Manager, you will work closely with experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience in site operations, project co-ordination and health & safety compliance.
Normal Working Hours:
• Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 16:30
• Friday: 08:00 – 15:30
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the day to day management of construction sites/private development projects.
• Support Site Supervisors and Project Managers in planning and execution.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are upheld.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and suppliers.
• Monitor progress and report on site activities.
• Engage in formal training and qualifications to enhance expertise.
About You:
You will have some type of prior experience or education in Construction.
A strong willingness to continue studying and obtain a formal qualification in site supervision.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
