This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working in the Concrete Block Manufacturing Industry based in Rowlands Gill.
Hours of work:
Standard hours of work are 39 per week (working Monday to Friday)
Opportunity for regular overtime over and above 39 hours, paid at time and a half and double time (1½ x Saturday am, 2 x Saturday pm, Sunday)
Starting rate is £17:00 per hour paid weekly (Thursdays)
Annual holiday entitlement is 21 days plus Statutory Bank Holidays
The successful applicant should have good knowledge in:
• 3-Phase electrical systems
• Motor Gearboxes
• Conveyors
• Control Systems (PLCs) on machinery
• Batching Plant
• Encoders
• Frequency Inverters
• Safety systems on enclosed areas around machinery
As a Plant Electrician, you would ideally have some mechanical knowledge and have experience carrying out maintenance, installations and services
