We are seeking to recruit the following experienced personnel to complement our successful award winning team:
PROJECT MANAGER (Construction Site Based)-CON107
To manage the day to day running of a Construction Project Site to ensure the project is delivered to programme and to the client’s specification and that work practices are compliant with prevailing legislation.
The Project Manager is responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Company’s policies on site, including adherence to the Company’s Health & Safety, Quality & Environmental Management Systems.
SENIOR SITE MANAGER (Construction Site Based)-CON108
To monitor and manage programme of works and day to day running of large Construction Project Site to ensure the project is delivered to programme and to the client’s specification and satisfaction and that work practices are compliant with all relevant legislation.
The Senior Site Manager is responsible for the implementation and compliance of the Company’s policies and procedures on site including adherence to the Company’s Business Management System. The Senior Site Manager will deliver Inductions, conduct Toolbox Talks and oversee direct and sub-contract labour resources and materials.
CONTRACTS MANGER (Construction Head Office Flimby)-CON109
As Contracts Manager you will be fully responsible for the successful operational delivery of Projects ensuring safety and product quality are completed within the contracted timescales, safely and within financial controls.
The role initially is to lead the work teams following each successful project through construction until completion and then further support through the defects period. Previous Contracts Manager/Project Manager or similar experience, ideally from a Tier 1 Construction company or reputable contractor.
Appropriate qualifications, SMSTS, CSCS Black Card. Strong leadership and commercial skills including experience in leading site teams, large programs of work and has the confidence and ability to lead, influence and communicate with others to deliver targets.
BUYER (Construction Head Office Flimby) – may also consider Trainee Buyer Post-CON110
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Materials Buyer to join our vibrant team. Ideally you will come from a trade background and/or have experience of training in a construction background with a formal qualification in construction.
The Buyer will schedule and prepare tender packs to enable timely issue of all material tenders. Ensuring quality and performance of materials are in line with required standards. Consolidate purchases of material to achieve maximum economic benefit. The procurement of all general site orders for consumables.
The Buyer will minimise cost by use of Value Engineering where appropriate. Direct and manage the purchasing aspects of the project’s progress, in conjunction with technical aspects – so that any potential problems are identified early and rectified quickly.
