Thomas Armstrong (Concrete Blocks) Ltd are seeking to recruit permanent, full time Sales Administrator for the Aintree, Liverpool site.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established company working in the manufacturing of specialist concrete block products.
Hours of Work
This is a full time permanent position working Monday to Friday 08:00 – 16:00 hrs per week.
Main duties will include:
• Provide commercial and administrative support as directed;
• Answering telephone calls and taking orders from customers;
• Maintain statistical and commercial data, including inputting and processing information;
• Respond to customer enquiries whenever appropriate;
• Handling complaints and resolving queries;
• Working to deadlines.
The Ideal Candidate should have:
An excellent communicator with keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team, be willing to make decisions taking ownership to resolve client queries, have previous experience working to pressurised deadlines using Microsoft Office packages such as Excel gained in a customer service environment. Knowledge of manufacturing/production processes is preferred, although not essential as training will be provided.
