ACP (Concrete) Ltd have a great opportunity for a full-time role to join a fast paced office working as part of the Admin Team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be required to assist in providing an effective administrative support service for the busy Sales, Estimating and Design Office based at Flimby, Nr Maryport.

Competitive salary dependent on skills, knowledge and experience.

To be considered for this role you must have previous experience in an office environment.

Hours of Work :  Monday to Thursday 08:00 to 5:00,  Friday 08:00 to 4:30

Job Purpose:

Undertake general office administrative duties as required.

Main Duties will include:

• Provide administrative support as directed by the Manager;

• Answering telephone calls, dealing with requests and/or enquiries as required;

• Processing correspondence, processing orders, IT data input;

• Respond to customer enquiries whenever appropriate;

• Acting as administrative liaison with internal and/or external sources;

• Working to deadlines and determined timescales;

• Deal with correspondence promptly and as required; including distribution of invoices, payment queries and communications received from suppliers, contractors and others.

An excellent communicator with keen eye for detail, the ideal candidate will enjoy working within a team, be willing to make decisions taking ownership to resolve client queries, have previous experience working to deadlines using MS Office (Outlook, Word & Excel in particular), possibly gained in a customer service environment.
