Armstrong (Construction) Ltd are the winner of the LABC Northern Building Excellence Award 2010 “Best Large Housing
Development” for the £11 million development of Kentgate
Place in Kendal in a partnership with Archial Architects and Russell Armer Ltd.
Kentgate Place, Kendal is a landmark apartment building on Kendal’s River Kent, Kentgate providing 46 one, two and three bedroom apartments and penthouses, in addition to 1100 sq m of
retail floor space and a covered car park serving the adjacent
Riverside Hotel.

New Contracts

Construction of New Car Showroom
Thomas
Armstrong have been awarded a contract to build a new car showroom, service
bays and offices at Lillyhall in Workington.
Work is due to commence shortly.
Apartments in Keswick
Work is
currently underway for the construction of 26 new apartments in Keswick for a
Housing Association, following the successful completion of 42 new dwellings to
sustainable home standards at Netherfield, Keswick.
