In March 2007, Stocks Blocks Limited became part of the Thomas Armstrong group.

Stocks Bros. was founded in the 1920’s at a small site producing aggregate blocks with a hand mould. Growth was rapid and today at their large site in Garforth, Leeds Stocks Blocks Ltd are producing over 100,000 lightweight aggregate and masonry blocks daily from one of the most technically advanced manufacturing plants in Europe.

In addition to satisfying the spiralling demand for blocks of consistently high quality, Stocks innovative policies have resulted in products that have extended both technical and aesthetic properties. These outstanding products are now helping to create imaginative and practical new constructions that hitherto would not have been possible.

Stringent quality control procedures together with fully automated production processes maintains high product standards to satisfy the requirements for Architects. Builders and local Authorities. We also operate a special category quality control system.
