Thomas Armstrong Mechanical & Electrical (formerly know as 'Plumbing & Heating) is a subsidiary of Thomas Armstrong (Construction) Limited, and one of the largest employers of ACS registered advanced plumbing and heating engineers in Cumbria, currently employing over 50 local engineers. We aim to provide our customers with a high quality service developed through years of experience in a broad range of environments, both in new and existing properties.
Our skill and expertise ranges from commercial, industrial and residential plumbing and heating installations to long term service and maintenance agreements.
As well as servicing the requirements of our Construction Sites, we are also involved in several long term partnering arrangements with all major Cumbrian Social Housing Providers, and are a Primary Contractor for the Cumbrian Housing Partners.
We have:- Understanding of the nature of partnering and the levels of trust and expectations demanded from our Clients.
- Long term relationships with numerous Social Housing Landlords – familiarity with KPI’s, tenant satisfaction, and working in occupied properties.
