From our four production bases, ACP (Concrete) Ltd specialise in the manufacture and supply of Prestressed Beam and Block Flooring (150 and 225mm deep), Prestressed Wideslab Flooring (100, 150 and 200mm deep), Precast Concrete Stairs and Landings (manufactured to suit specific contract requirements), Prestressed Concrete Wall Panels (95mm, 145mm and 180mm thick horizontal/vertical panels), Tetris Insulated Floor Beam System (achieving a u-value at ground floor that complies with current legislation) and a standard range of Prestressed Concrete Lintels.

 

Production is carried out using the most modern of methods and equipment, for the production of our range of Prestressed and Precast Concrete Products, ensuring that the highest standards of quality are achieved.

 

All products are designed and manufactured in accordance with and to conform to the relevant British Standards and Codes of Practice.

 

A full in-house design service is available on all products and services including Structural Engineering Input/Advice, Design Layout Drawings and Support Calculations. Our highly experienced sales and technical staff based at our regional sales offices, ensure that all enquiries are dealt with in a prompt and professional manner, fast tracking your requirements from enquiry to supply.

 

All products with the exception of our prestressed lintel range are offered on a Supply Only or Supply and Install Basis; whichever suits your project requirements.
