Responsive and Planned Maintenance

 
We are involved in an open ended, long-term contract to maintain all properties on the Salterbeck Housing Estate for Impact Housing Association, and aim to secure further works in this field with new and existing clients.
 
As part of our expansion in the maintenance fields, we have carried out Planned Maintenance contracts for Impact Housing Association over each of the last four years, with further works programmed for early 2007.  The elements of work include:

Minor Developments and Refurbishments

We also have a dedicated team of tradesmen who carry out minor works for a range of local clients, both private and commercial.
